Textpro did a good job in making my writing more concise without changing my voice.
However, I will have to give him a score of 3 because his service was different from what I expected. About 2 days ago, I had few questions about his editing and sent him a message; yet, he still has not read my message. One of the questions asked why he did not leave any comments or suggestions for my writing (which he wrote he would do for his clients in his editor description page). I am not sure whether his service was supposed to include giving comments and suggestions. If not, I hope he changes his editor description page accrodingly so that his future clients know what to expect from his service.
