In the Comments feature in Microsoft Word, you can quickly delete comments individually (click Delete in the menu) or delete all comments at once (click Delete All Comments in Document). Comments can also be deleted one by one by right-clicking on the comment balloon and then clicking Delete Comment. If you are using a recent version of Microsoft Office and don’t want to have to click "enable editing" each time you download an edited document from Editor World, you can adjust the settings in Microsoft Word to make us a trusted site. The first way to do this is to click on File > Options > Trust Center > Trust Center Settings > Protected View, and uncheck Enable Protected View for files originating from the Internet.
The second method is to click on File > Options > Trust Center > Trust Center Settings > Trusted Locations > Add new location. This allows you to designate a folder on your computer for trusted documents from the Internet. If you don't want to enable everything, you can download only the files you trust into a specific folder and mark the folder "trusted."
Our editors use the Track Changes feature of Microsoft Word so you can see the changes made to your document. You can choose to accept all changes at one time or to review each change individually.
In recent versions of Microsoft Word, select the Review tab. Within the Track Changes section, you can choose to accept all changes at once, or to accept or reject each change individually. If your editor has inserted comments, you will also need to delete those within the Comments section in the Review tab.
