The primary fiction genres I write and edit in are fantasy and sci-fi, though I've also worked on contemporary, romance, women's fiction, historical, and thriller novels.

Before becoming a freelancer, I worked in business journalism, so I also have experience writing nonfiction. I have written instructional material for authors, magazine articles, and blog posts, as well as ghostwriting articles, blog posts, and other kinds of website copy for businesspeople.

Two of my own books were traditionally published, and several pieces of my short fiction have been published in magazines and anthologies. I've also self-published two books, one fiction and the other nonfiction.
