I was terribly disappointed with my experience. There were multiple formating and other errors made by George.  It took quite a few rounds of my proofing George's work until either the original mistakes were corrected or new ones he made were corrected. 

I can say he was very responsive to my complaints. He made each set of corrections promptly and cheerfully. Nonetheless the overall experience was extremely frustrating and puzzling, given the uniformly positive ratings George received from other clients.

Recently, the editor helped me with a chapter of my PhD thesis. My writing is on metaphysical philosophy and involves many terminologies that are not easy to be understood, but the editor worked very hard on it and tried his best to get my meanings and correct the mistakes of my English expressions. I very appreciate his help and will definitely recommend him to anyone who needs help on editing and proofreading.
