I was pleased with the comments and corrections received on my paper.
My only feedback is not for the editor, but rather for the site. As a first time visitor, I was quite confused about the service that I was buying. I thought that same day services were available, when in fact there were no editors avaialble for same day. The filters and heading 'same day' do a remarkably poor job at communicating the actual time for the service. When I did select the editor, 1 day service was the fastest available. I was further dismayed to learn afer I'd paid that 1 day service did not mean 24 hours, in fact, it meant NEXT day. So, I submitted my paper early on day one, and didn't recieve it back until after 10pm on day two - about 35 hours from when I submitted it. For a person who thought same day service was offered, the wait was agonizing.
