I offer a flexible and friendly service to suit your needs and cater to authors aiming to self-publish, students and businesses, providing a ‘second eye’ over your work to allow you to show your best work without distractions or errors. I am professionally trained, having passed the Publishing Training Centre's Basic Proofreading course with a Distinction. I have been working as an editor since 2017 and am also a member of the Chartered Institute of Editing and Proofreading (CIEP).
I will check spelling and grammar, style used (e.g. headings, bullet lists and spacing), consistency (e.g. of names and places), correct placement of graphics, etc. as required by you.
All work is considered with no job being too small, from leaflets and blog/website posts to book manuscripts and dissertations/essays.
I specialise in legal material, such as academic editing and articles. I am also skilled in using the OSCOLA referencing system.
